2026.10.03.2

Tovari 2026.10.03.2 is the release published on Oct 3, 2026. Here’s what changed in it.

Subscribe to Tovari on Android (KAN-3418)

🤖 AndroidBilling & Subscriptions

You can now subscribe to Tovari right from your Android phone, through Google Play. Pick monthly or annual at Google Play's prices in your own currency, and start with a free trial if you haven't used one yet. The app tells you up front that you cancel in Google Play, and Settings takes you straight there when you want to manage your plan.

No False Alarms on Recurring Bill Suggestions (KAN-3337)

🌐 Web📱 iOS & AndroidBills & Reoccuring

Every so often, dismissing a suggested recurring bill, or undoing a dismissal, would show an error even though it had actually worked. That was our mistake, and it's fixed now, so what you see on screen matches what really happened. No more crying wolf.

No More Nameless Transactions (KAN-3389)

🌐 Web📱 iOS & AndroidData SyncTransactions & RegisterPayees

If your bank sent over a transaction with a merchant name that was just blank space, it could land in your list with no name at all. We caught it, and those transactions now get a proper name, cleaned up from the bank's own description.

Notifications Show Up While You’re in the App (KAN-3394)

🍎 iOSNotifications & E-Mail

If a notification arrived while you had Tovari open on your phone, it quietly vanished: no banner, no sound. That's fixed. Notifications now show up while you're in the app, just like they do when it's closed.

Marked Bills Stay Marked (KAN-3406)

🌐 Web📱 iOS & AndroidBills & Reoccuring

Your "Mark as scheduled" notes now stay put when you edit a bill, unless the edit actually changes when it's due. Before, switching a biweekly bill to a different weekday wiped those notes even though none of your due dates had moved. That was our mistake, and it's fixed now.

Last-Second Bill Edits Now Stick (KAN-3408)

🌐 WebBills & Reoccuring

If you added a new bill and tweaked something, like the amount, right as it was being saved, then moved on to another screen, that last tweak could quietly vanish. That was our mistake. Now those last-second changes make it onto your bill.

Typing a Bill’s Day Now Works (KAN-3409)

🌐 WebBills & Reoccuring

When you set up a recurring bill from the Review page, the "On Day" box fought back: you couldn't clear it, and typing 20 gave you 31. That was our glitch, not your typing. Now you can erase it and type any day you like, and it only double-checks your number once you click away.

Reconciled Transactions Stay Locked (KAN-3421)

🌐 WebTransactions & Register

If you swiped a reconciled transaction in the register on your phone's browser, the app offered a "Clear" button, and using it quietly undid the reconciliation. You weren't imagining it, and we're sorry for the surprise. Now that swipe shows "Reconciled (locked)" and leaves the transaction just as you reconciled it, while tapping the row still opens it for editing.

Cash Flow Edits Stop Colliding (KAN-3422)

🌐 WebBills & Reoccuring

Editing a bill in Cash Flow and then marking it as scheduled right away could throw up a confusing "Something changed since you opened this" message, even though nothing had changed. That was our doing, and we're sorry for the false alarm. Now, if the first save is still going, Cash Flow tells you the item is still saving and to try again in a moment, so the two can't trip over each other.

Moved Bills Can Be Marked as Scheduled (KAN-3423)

🌐 WebBills & Reoccuring

If you moved a one-time bill to a new date in Cash Flow and marked it as scheduled right away, the app was still looking at the old date and showed you an error instead. It now follows the bill to its new date, and if the move is still saving it tells you to try again in a moment.

Tab Stays on the Question at Hand (KAN-3056)

🌐 WebPayees

The Payees window had a keyboard blind spot: while a delete or category question was open, pressing Tab could wander onto fields hidden behind it. That's fixed, and Tab now stays on the question's own buttons until you answer it. Cancel a delete and you land right back on the Delete Payee button, so you never lose your place.
