2026.09.24.1
Tovari 2026.09.24.1 is the release published on Sep 24, 2026. Here’s what changed in it.
Fast Edits Keep Their Undo (KAN-2973)
🌐 WebBudgeting
If Undo ever skipped a change, or stopped working altogether, while you were making quick edits in the budget's Planning view, you weren't imagining it. That was our glitch, and it's fixed: every change now keeps its own Undo, no matter how fast you go.Budget Error Messages No Longer Vanish (KAN-2980)
🌐 WebBudgeting
Fixed a slip in the budget editor where saving one category could quietly hide the error message for a different category that hadn't actually saved. That meant a failed rename could go unnoticed, which is not how a warning is supposed to behave. Now a save on one category leaves another category's error message alone.Budget Undo Puts Back the Right Amount (KAN-2987)
🌐 Web📱 iOS & AndroidBudgeting
Undoing an edit in your budget plan could quietly wipe out a different change you'd made to the same amount just a split second earlier. That was our slip, and it's fixed: edits now take turns, so undo puts back exactly what was there right before that edit, and nothing else gets lost.Sign Up, Start to Finish, in One Flow (KAN-3018)
🌐 Web📱 iOS & AndroidBilling & SubscriptionsAccount & Security
Signing up in the app is now one numbered flow, from creating your account through choosing a plan and turning on Face ID, and the long welcome letter that interrupted it is gone from both the app and the website. We also fixed the rough edges we'd rather you never saw: a second sign-up on the same phone could skip straight past adding your accounts, and a subscription that lapsed during setup could leave the dashboard loading forever. And if you cancel a Face ID scan when coming back to the app, the message no longer balloons into a giant yellow box that covers the buttons.Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”No More Fake $0s While Loading (KAN-500)
🌐 Web📱 iOS & AndroidAccounts & BalancesBills & Reoccuring
Your dashboard no longer shows a made-up $0 or a false "nothing here" while it's still fetching your numbers. Income, spending, net worth, bills, account balances, and recent activity now show a dash or "Loading…" until the real answer shows up. We also fixed a twice-a-month bill suggestion that listed the same day twice when the bill landed on the 28th, so it now suggests the 27th and the 28th.Drag-Fill Now Uses Your Typed Amount (KAN-670)
🌐 WebBudgeting
Type a new amount in your budget planning grid, then drag it across the months you want, and that amount is now what fills in. Before, the grid quietly used the old number instead of the one you had just typed, which was our mistake and is now fixed. You will also see your typed amount previewed as you drag, so what you see is what you get.Undo Now Covers All Other Categories (KAN-685)
🌐 WebBudgeting
Undo (Cmd+Z or Ctrl+Z) now works on the "All Other Categories" row in your budget plan, so a slip there is as easy to take back as any other edit. Until now, pressing it after editing that row quietly reversed your last change to an individual category instead, which was not the plot twist you were after.Pick the Accounts You Spend From (KAN-750)
📱 iOS & AndroidAccounts & Balances
If you've connected accounts but haven't picked which ones count toward Safe to Spend, the mobile app no longer shows you the getting-started screen as though you'd just arrived. Instead, your dashboard asks you to pick the accounts you spend from, and a Choose accounts button takes you straight to your accounts. Sorry for the mix-up, since you'd already done the hard part.Smoother Adding, Plus a Load More Button (KAN-775)
📱 iOS & AndroidTransactions & Register
The Add Transaction screen on your phone now fades away smoothly instead of blinking out of sight. We also fixed a glitch where the plus button could stop responding if you had no active account to add to, and now it quietly steps aside so it works the next time you tap it. And when your transactions list has more to show, there's now a Load more button at the bottom so you can keep going with one tap.Clearer Wording During Mobile Setup (KAN-925)
📱 iOS & AndroidAccounts & BalancesAccount & Security
Setting up your account in the mobile app now gives you clearer signposts along the way. The "Add your Accounts" step tells you exactly what to add, and its buttons change to "Add another account" and "Continue →" once you've added your first one. The screen where you accept our policies got a wording touch-up too, and nothing about how setup works has changed. All Accounts Means All Accounts (KAN-1658)
🌐 Web📱 iOS & AndroidReports & Insights
Choosing "All accounts" on your Cash Flow report used to follow you to your other reports, where it could quietly leave out any accounts you've closed. That was our slip, and it's fixed: leave Cash Flow and your other reports go back to counting everything. Picking just a few specific accounts still carries over, just like before.Your Free Trial Starts in the App Store (KAN-1779)
🌐 Web🍎 iOSBilling & Subscriptions
New accounts now start their 14-day free trial when they pick a plan in the App Store, instead of getting automatic free access until October. Already have an account? Nothing changes for you: your free access still runs through October 1.Help Chat Takes You to Investments (KAN-2899)
🌐 Web📱 iOS & AndroidAccounts & Balances
Ask the help chat about your investments and it can now hand you a "Go to Investments" button that takes you straight there, on the web and in the mobile app. The button only shows up if your household has Investments, so you'll never be pointed at a screen you can't open.Nothing Hiding Behind the Bottom Bar (KAN-2901)
🌐 WebReports & Insights
On newer iPhones, the help button and the bottom of your Reports and Investments screens could slip partly behind the row of buttons along the bottom of the screen. We gave them all the same amount of breathing room, so everything now sits just above it, right where you'd expect.
