Rocket Money cancels subscriptions and negotiates bills, and shows you your spending along the way. It's good at that. What it doesn't do is envelope budgeting — there's no way to give every dollar a job before the month starts and watch the balances move as you spend. If budgeting is what you're here for, Rocket Money isn't a lighter version of it. It's a different tool.
The rest follows from that. No reconciliation, no file import, transfer detection you'll be fixing by hand, an export that won't run from your phone, and household sharing that stops at two people. The free tier is real, though, and the paid tiers are cheap.
